How do you fancy eating at a Michelin star restaurant for less than a tenner? Sound good? There's only one problem. You'll have to go to Hong Kong. The Telegraph has a fun piece here about Tim Ho Wan restaurant whose prawn dumplings and 80p pork buns have just been given Michelin status.
