This week the restaurant launches a brand new menu and in the video below Nunzio Russo, owner of Mediterraneo and other Italian restaurants in Glasgow (newly opened Volare in Newton Mearns as well as La Fiorentina on Paisley Road West) talks about his favourite dish on the menu and why he thinks it will go down a storm with customers.
