Get your hands on the new menu at The Three Sisters.

It’s all hands on-deck at The Three Sisters in Edinburgh’s Cowgate.

Not only is the popular bar launching a new food menu today, they are also gearing up for the Old Town Street Food Festival taking place both this Sunday 4th May and on Sunday 25th May.

Street food pop-ups

The courtyard at The Three Sisters will play host to street food pop-ups by Smokey & The Bandit, Pink Taco, and Big Al’s Chicken Shack.

As well as more than 20 of Scotland’s best up and coming bands, revellers will be entertained by headline act The Merrylees plus Hector Bizerk, Sienna, Madchester DJs and a DJ set from Nick Power of The Coral.

Double decker craft ale bar

The host venue will also provide its own craft ale and cocktail bar on the top floor of the courtyard’s double-decker bus.

Now that’s how you do a bank holiday.

The new food menu at the venue promises burgers in toasted brioche buns, stone-baked pizzas with all the toppings and, of course, pulled pork ciabattas.
