Gandolfi Fish regularly change their menu to suit the seasons so it’s no surprise to see a delicious new lunch menu from them on our site. Rhubarb eton mess makes a delicious seasonal fruit dessert and Orkney mussels in cider utilises the best of Scottish fish on offer. Keep in mind Gandolfi Fish also offer daily specials depending on what’s in season and available.

£12.95 for 2 courses on lunch menu at Gandolfi Fish.

The Sisters Kelvingrove

The Sisters have the same passion for Scottish seasonal produce that Paddington Bear does for marmalade. As Chef Jacqueline said herself: “If Hector can’t get the scallops, or the boat doesn’t go out, that fish isn’t on the menu.” Unsurprising then their new menu is packed with seasonal spring goodies like gin and beetroot marinated Shetland salmon.

£12 for 3 courses from set lunch menu at The Sisters Kelvingrove.

Azur

Ooh la la. Azur Bistro in Princes Square have updated their menus and filled them with delicious French treats like moules marinieres,  braised lamb shank shepherd’s pie crepe gratinee. Their a la carte has loads of other treats so make sure you check them out.

£13.95 for 2 courses on fixed price menu + glass of sparkling wine at Azur Bistro.

Celino’s Italian

r0EgMHtK9Xq (1)Celino’s has a reputation as one of the best Italian restaurants in Glasgow, despite its slightly out of the way location in the East End. So when we got three new menus from them, business lunch, pre theatre and tapas, we were very excited indeed. The menu that uses Scottish produce to create Italian cuisine and example dishes are linguine pasta tossed with fresh Scottish mussels in white wine and fillet of sea bass pan fried with tiger prawns, cherry tomatoes in a white wine and lemon sauce, served with herb infused rice.

£11.95 for 2 courses on pre theatre menu + glass of wine or soft drink at Celino’s Italian.
