Hotel du Vin @ One Devonshire
The restaurant within the five star Hotel du Vin in Glasgow’s leafy Hyndland is a serious treat for a graduation meal that aims to be truly special. The restaurant is the epitome of luxury; think oak panelling, crisp linen and chandeliers. The food is fine dining, and all ingredients are sourced locally and seasonally. Hotel du Vin are offering a three course graduation menu but if you’re looking for something a little different, you also have the option of their graduation Champagne afternoon tea.

Corinthian Club
Corinthian also offers dazzling surroundings for a special graduation meal; a huge dining room with elaborate cornicing, gold leaf work and a glass dome. Their graduation menu offers dishes for everyone and mains include fish, steak, chicken and a veggie dish. The dessert menu offers favourites such as a chocolate brownie, strawberry pavlova and creme brulee.
£25 for 3 courses on the graduation menu + includes a glass of Cava at Corinthian Club on 5pm Dining.
Amarone
You can’t go wrong with Italian and the graduation menu of Amarone in the heart of Glasgow City centre has a wide choice of favourites, including risottos, pizzas, pastas and salmon and steak dishes (and it would be rude to ignore the desserts). If it’s a nice day you could even snag one of the outdoor tables at Nelson Mandela Place.

Fino
Based on the top floor of Glasgow’s Rotunda building, tapas restaurant Fino offers impressive views of the Clyde and BBC building. Their graduation menu has a wide range of tapas dishes, including patatas bravas, chorizo and Jamón Ibérico, and also includes a dessert and glass of Cava.

NY American Grill
An American restaurant on the top floor of Princes Square, NY American Grill specialises in dishes from the eastern seaboard and southern United States. Their graduation menu has a huge range of dishes from all corners of the States, including caesar salad, an NY hotdog with all the toppings, and a classic burger. Desserts include cheesecake and key lime pie.
