Yesterday we launched our Scottish Chocolate Box infographic – a showcase of Scotland’s best chocolates.
From chocolate infused with gin and tonic to superfood bean to bar, it highlights the wealth and variety of chocolate creators in Scotland, most of whom are small artisan producers.

To accompany our infographic, we asked Contini Cannonball in Edinburgh to pick a chocolate featured on our infographic and create a recipe using it.
They picked Stirling’s iQ Superfood Chocolate which is a completely raw bean to bar chocolate high in vitamins and free of refined sugar and anything artificial.
They created a recipe for His and Hers Chocolate Martinis featuring melted iQ Superfood Chocolate – a perfect treat for Valentine’s Day.
