Blythswood Square Restaurant

Blythswood Square Restaurant - luxury restaurants in Glasgow

With a grand marble lobby, three story chandelier and sweeping staircase, the five star Blythswood Square Hotel dazzles as soon as you step inside. The restaurant is just as impressive, with tweed furnishings (Blythswood Hotel has the highest spent of Harris tweed in soft furnishing since the original QE2), velvet curtains, and red fringed pendant lampshades lending what the restaurant describes as a modern Scottish aesthetic. The menu is made up of modern, eclectic dishes, with local seasonal produce a priority: the kitchen’s aim is to grow all their own fresh produce from scratch. Dishes on their market menu include chicken supreme with dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables and red wine sauce.
