Cucina, based within the five star G&V Royal Mile Hotel, has a decor of psychedelic bright colours courtesy of Glasgow design firm Timorous Beasties, resulting in a boho decadent vibe. Their menu features Italian dishes created using ingredients imported from Italy such as truffles and olive oil, while still having a strong focus on Scottish ingredients – the honey is produced by three beehives on the roof of the hotel. On Mother’s Day Cucina is offering mum three courses with a glass of Prosecco and a gift.
