[Galvin Brasserie de Luxe][1] is one of the most elegant, highly regarded dining experiences in Edinburgh. With multiple Michelin star awarded brothers Chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin at the helm, the quality and presentation of the French, and occasionally British, dishes is impeccable.

The setting is stunning too; located inside the five star Caledonian Waldorf Astoria Hotel, the restaurant has a chic Parisian bistro style with a central circular bar displaying seafood on ice and waiting Champagne flutes.
You would think for dining in such an impressive environment your purse would pay the price but incredibly two courses with a glass of Prosecco costs just £17.50 when booked on 5pm Dining.
