Set in the centre of the Byres Road action, Masala Twist’s menu is influenced by locations across India and tries to offer alternatives to the standard Anglo Indian curries. You could go for the Bombay bakra originating from Maharashtra – lamb simmered until tender in an aromatic blend of spinach and mustard leaves. If you’re a fan of South Indian curries, the king prawn chettinad sounds delicious – king prawns sauteed in a piquant pepper sauce with chopped green chillies.
