Anyone else for a Tom Collins? I for one am delighted to see that gin is making a comeback. The spirit has finally banished it’s tawdry image of being Mother’s Little Helper, and is the staple ingredient of many classic and modern cocktails being served in trendy bars. I can’t wait for the weather to get that little bit warmer so I can justify sitting outside with my favourite gin cocktail – the Bramble. I can almost taste the summer just thinking about it!
