Camerons restaurant in the Hilton has launched a new six course dinner menu called the Chef’s Table.

The menu is:

Champagne and canapés on arrival

New season asparagus and quails egg salad

Poached langoustines, star anise butter

Prime scotch beef fillet, oxtail parmentier, tarragon jus

Camerons’ tasting plate

Selection of cheese with oatcakes and vine fruits

Including a bottle of wine, it costs £99 per couple.
