Cameron’s restaurant in the Hilton Glasgow launch their first ever Cookery Experience tomorrow. Led by executive head chef James Murphy, a team of chefs from the restaurant will be demonstrating how to cook the kind of four course meal which will inspire gratifying jealousy among your dinner guests.

A twice baked Isle of Mull Cheddar soufflé; a chilled watermelon, champagne and strawberry soup; poached salmon and a baked Alaska are all on the menu.

The demo, a sampling of the dishes and a two course lunch costs £45 a head. If you can’t make tomorrow then additional dates for the Cookery Experience are:  Saturday 5th September, Saturday 3rd October, Saturday 7th November and Saturday 5th December.
