is my new favourite food blog. It’s seems to focus on the unusual, peculiar, and even gross, but with a genuine enthusiasm for food and eating. they also put recipes of everything they cook, so you can have a go at vinegar pie or braised cow lips yourself.
I’ve chosen to picture the rather tame and delicious looking grilled beef heart here, but be warned when you go to look at the blog, the cow lips are right at the top and they’re really scary looking! Although if you scroll down to the awesome looking recipe for ice cream cake that might make you feel better.
