Edinburgh’s Santini specialises in Italian food but the restaurant in the Sheraton is turning Japanese at lunchtime. Inspired by Japanese bento boxes, Santini is offering £7.50 Tastes of Italy meal boxes. Comprising five courses, the compartmentalised boxes include a Caesar salad, pasta of the day, cured meats with pickles, freshly baked foccacia, a Caprese salad and, to round it all off, tiramisu.
