We understand that the new venture is to be a modern Indian restaurant with a twist and that it is scheduled to open in October. The restaurant is to be kitted out with a stage so diners shouldn’t be too surprised if they find their meal being accompanied by Charan’s singing. A keen Bollywood and bhangra fan, the former shipyard worker turned Secret Millionaire has a fine set of lungs on him.
