As we noted in the blog here, Charan Gill isn returning to the Glasgow restaurant scene with a new venture at 410 Sauchiehall Street. According to the Herald, it’s to be called Slumdog, a name which piggybacks on the phenomenally successful Danny Boyle film. The 170 cover restaurant is due to open on an undisclosed date in October.
