From the paper that earlier this year shook the government with its revelations about MPs’ expenses comes a sweet, if slightly less momentous, story about a gay ice cream.
To celebrate the state of Vermont legalising gay marriage, Ben and Jerry’s, which started out in Vermont, has renamed its Chubby Hubby variety of ice cream for the month of September. For the next thirty days, the chocolate-covered peanut butter-filled pretzel nugget ice cream is to be known as Hubby Hubby.
