In Edinburgh, Hotel Missoni’s Italian restaurant Cucina has launched two new menus designed to make the most of seasonal ingredients and offer some different price points from the a la carte.

Prepared by Head Chef Mattia Camorani, the new lunch menu offers two courses for £12 or three courses for £15.  A pre-theatre menu will be available between 6pm-7pm, and allows diners to enjoy two courses for £15 and three for £18.

The menus are designed around simple, seasonal produce and feature starters such as warm radicchio salad with prosciutto and reduction of balsamic vinegar and main courses such as honey glazed roasted vegetables with watercress salad and almond.
