According to Roy Beers in his ever informative guide to Glasgow’s West End eating options, a new Abyssinian restaurant is on the verge of opening on St George’s Road. Apparently, it’s to be called The Queen of Sheba. Edinburgh has a couple of African restaurants but, I think, this is the first in Glasgow if we don’t count North African places.
