Then take a leaf out of Simon’s book and travel the world eating everything that crosses your path. It might not work for everybody but it does appeal. His blog is here.
On a related note, it was Simon’s Guardian blog yesterday which led me to the Virtual Farmers’ Market. Cyberspace doesn’t yet allow you to squeeze the apples or sniff the Stinking Bishop but it does allow you to communicate with food producers before buying their goodies. Sweet.
