The Michelin Man has spoken and Scotland is looking starry
The Michelin Guide may not come out until Tuesday but the fat tyre man has released news of who is getting what star. Scotland has done well. Kinloch Lodge on Skye, Edinburgh’s 21212 and The Peat Inn in Fife will all be celebrating tonight. Congratulations are due to chefs Marco Trully, Paul Kitching and Geoffrey Smeddle.
