][1]According to The Herald, Albert Roux is to follow up last year’s restaurant at the Rocpool in Inverness with two more Scottish ventures. In April, he will open a new restaurant in Inver Lodge Hotel above Lochinver. In May, he will unveil a new venture at Greywalls Hotel in East Lothian. The chef will be hosting a dinner at the Rocpool Reserve on 24th of February.
