After fifteen years, Susie’s Wholefood Diner on Edinburgh’s West Nicholson Street has finally served its last bean salad.
According to the Evening News, the veggie and vegan restaurant has been sold to Mandy Wong who intends to open a noodle bar in the site at the end of May.
