If you think that you’ve got the chops to cut it in a pro kitchen then Edinburgh’s Taste Festival wants to hear from you.
Its organisers are searching for Scotland’s culinary champions of tomorrow by way of a talent competition. The winner will get a six month paid position in either Edinburgh’s Malmaison or Hotel Du Vin.
