Anthony Bourdain’s Kitchen Confidential helped kick start the whole ‘chefs are the new rock stars’ schtick when it first came out ten years ago.
Things have changed in the kitchen dramtically since then and Bourdain has written a new book, Medium Raw, to document those changes.
