][1]Glasgow’s Fratelli Sarti restaurants have opened a new branch in Balloch by Loch Lomond in the former La Scarpetta building.
The Sarti family have been involved in the restaurant and cafe trade in the West Coast for the best part of a century but have always made certain to move with the times.
As well as the new Balloch branch, they have three restaurants in Glasgow. The Renfield Street and Wellington Street operations are both 5pm members as is the Osteria Piero on West Regent Street.
Readers with long and accurate memories might recall that Osteria Piero won the 2010 Scottish Restaurant Awards for Best Italian earlier this year.
