Matthew Martins of The Four Seasons in Perthsire

Congrats to Matthew Martins, Head Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Fillans, Perthshire, for winning the Scottish Heat of the prestigious Escoffier Challenge.

Matthew will now go forward to cook in the National final in London in October.

The judging panel included more chefs from 5pm restaurants: Patrick Bardoulet of The Horseshoe Inn in the Borders and Aurelien Quintin of The Byre in East Kilbride.
