As an antidote to the last post about conspicuous consumption, we bring you news of a noodle bar in Edinburgh.
The Red Box Noodle Bar has now opened on the old site of Susie’s Whole Food Diner on West Nicolson Street.
It’s one of these design your own jobs where you choose what sort of noodles you would like, what sort of meat/fish/veg you want with it and what type of sauce suits.
A bowl of noodles is a fiver.
Natch, 5pm members are well repped in the same vicinity. Try Bonsai if you fancy a spot of Japanese tucker.
