Glasgow, Edinburgh and London food fans – we’ve got new restaurants on site in your cities that you may be interested in!
Starting off in Glasgow, we’re pleased to welcome Nick’s Italian Bar and Grill to 5pm. Located on Hyndland Road in Glasgow’s West End, Nick’s opened in November 2009 and is a contemporary affair offering (in case the name wasn’t a clue) Italian and modern cuisine in relaxed surroundings.
Across in Edinburgh we’re happy to have newcomer Birdcage on board! Situated at Eskmills in Musselburgh, this stylish restaurant has a contemporary glass-walled dining room and a bar area where diners can unwind with a coffee or cocktail. The menus change seasonally and offers modern bistro dishes (the Slow Cooked Ox Cheeks Pie topped with mashed potato sounds delicious!).
And down south in North London, a big ‘hello!’ to Jay Restaurant on Essex Road in Islington. A 10 minute walk from Arsenal FC’s Emirates Stadium, the restaurant can be found in Tommy Miah’s Raj Hotel and has a modern Indian themed decor and serves up Indian cuisine in a comfortable and laidback ambience.
