Tony Bourdain: not quite as bad as he used to be

Anthony Bourdain, the author of Kitchen Confidential and the man responsible for much talk of bad boy chefs, is appearing at the Edinburgh Book Festival on Saturday.

He is promoting his new book, Medium Raw.

In this piece in yesterday’s Sunday Mail, he explains how fatherhood has tempered his wilder impulses. Still hates veggies though.
