Jacqueline O'Donnell will be rocking the kitchen range tomorrow

There are lots of yumalicious events taking place as part of Gourmet Glasgow this weekend.

The one woman whirlwind that is Jacqueline O’Donnell will be doing a chef’s demo at her Jordanhill Sisters restaurant tomorrow. The event starts off at noon and costs £25 a head which includes wine and a food tasting. Book here.

On Sunday, John Quigley, chef to the stars and the owner of Red Onion, promises an afternoon of fun, food and wine. Your day kicks off at 11.30am with canapes and a glass of bubbly before John demonstrates two of his signature dishes. A sit down two course lunch follows. Book here.

As previously discussed on 5pm, The Two Fat Ladies at The Buttery is holding a fantoosh afternoon tea complete with a string quartet every Sunday afternoon for the duration of the festival. Customers are invited to donate what they think is a suitable amount for the experience into an envelope and all proceeds from the afternoon will go to the East Park Home for children charity. Book here.
