Apart from Snooker – surely the least physically demanding of all sports- there aren’t really many areas in which Scotland can claim to be a world leader.
When it comes to food however, we know what we’re doing. Not only can Scotland lay claim to some of the worlds finest chefs, we have on our doorsteps a host of internationally renowned restaurants offering us a variety of culinary experiences.
In light of these achievements, nominations are now being gathered for the upcoming Scottish Restaurant Awards 2011. These awards, now in their fourth year, celebrate Scotland’s thriving restaurant scene and the important role of food and dining out within our culture.
The Scottish Restaurant Awards are a fantastic opportunity to recognize the achievements of everyone involved in the restaurant industry. The Awards include a diverse range of categories – from fine dining and pub grub, to customer service and healthy eating in the workplace.
