Brian Maule, the head honcho at Glasgow’s Chardon D’Or, is giving a cooking demo on Saturday.
Now that the nights have drawn in and the smell of bonfires is in the air, this demo will concentrate on comfort food; the sort of stuff that sticks to the ribs and makes you sigh an ‘Aaaaaah!’ like a contented Bisto kid.
The demos don’t sound too strenuous. Guests start the day at 11.30am with a glass of something bubbly. You then watch Brian demo two of the dishes from his current menu before you all sit down to a two course lunch.
It costs £40 a head.
If you would rather just get stuck into Mr Maule’s food then you can check out his 5pm offers here.
