Susy Atkins, a regular on Saturday Kitchen and the wine writer for both the Sunday Telegraph’s Stella and Delicious magazine, will be at the Atrium in Edinburgh next Wednesday (13th Oct)  presenting a wine matching dinner.

Wines from Rioja is the theme and she will present six white, red and rose Riojas to go with a three course meal designed to match the wines by the Atrium’s chef Neil Forbes.

As was noted in the last Chewing the Fat interview, Neil is a champion of local produce and this Rioja menu reflects this with local game terrine and the Atrium’s own cured Scottish salmon appearing on the menu.

The cost of the evening is £35 per head and it starts at 7pm.
