A quick reminder about the Foodies Christmas event, which is taking place next weekend at Edinburgh’s historical (and very plush) Assembly Rooms.
There’s a stellar line-up of Scotland’s top chefs who will be cooking live for you in the Chef’s Theatre, including Jacquline O’Donnell of the Sisters Kelvingrove and Jordanhill, Paul Tamburrini of Hotel du Vin @ 1 Devonshire Gardens and Jean-Michel Gauffre of La Garrigue, among many others! And to help you get into the festive mood, there will be food and drinks masterclasses, also led by industry experts, themed around Christmas entertaining.
