Chef Forbes in demo action

The Atrium is getting into the festive mood with a Christmas dinner masterclass. In previous months, Head Chef Neil Forbes (we ran a Chewing the Fat interview with him a couple of months ago) has given demos on shellfish, pork butchery and game birds. On Saturday 4 December, he has turkey in his sights.

Starting at 11am, Forbes will be showing guests how to make the most of their turkey and he will also be tackling venison, wild mushrooms and all the winter fruit and veg he can get his hands on.

A two course lunch follows. The cost is £24 a head. £2 from each ticket sold will be donated to Slow Food Edinburgh’s Educational Fund.
