It’s all change at Cottier’s restaurant in Glasgow’s funky West End.

They have installed a new head chef; one Jonathan McFarlane who previously rattled the pans at the Ubiquitous Chip.

The old South American menu has said ‘Adios!’ and its a big ‘Howzitgoan’ to a fresh new Scottish menu.

Actually, there are two menus. On one we’re talking haggis fritters with whisky mustard mayo and homemade beef stovies.

On the other, more swanky menu, we’re looking at the likes of marinated pork belly and pork fillet stuffed with Stornoway black pudding served with green beans and Calvados sauce.
