It’s run by the same family that have the very well regarded Opus One restaurant in Perth’s New County Hotel
At the time of writing, Aubergine was top of 5pm’s rating charts.
This blogger ate there at the weekend and the sort of food they do (you can see menus here) really stands out in Dundee, a city that traditionally fights shy of gastronomic surprises.
