Hotel Missoni in Edinburgh have teamed up with the Santa Margherita wine brand for a wine dinner to be held on Thursday 10th March at 7.30pm.
Head Chef Mattia Camorani will serve a five-course meal with each dish complemented with a wine from Santa Margherita as recommended by the hotel’s Head Sommelier, Stefano Crosetti.
The menu looks great. We’re talking pheasant ravioli with rosemary jus; cuttlefish salad with orange and cannellini beans_ ****_and lamb shoulder with Chianti sauce and pepper and aubergine puree followed by __warm apple tart with Amaretto ice cream_._
Tickets are £50 a head.
