Cookie on Glasgow’s Southside is turning Japanese this Sunday. Sasaki Makoto will be acting as guest chef and preparing a three course tasting menu using Scottish fish and other ingredients.
Sasaki will introduce each dish and give diners an introduction to the art and traditions of Japanese food.
