][1]The line-up for this year’s Taste of Edinburgh festival continues to expand at a dizzying rate.
We last told you about Glasgow’s Café Gandolfi, Cail Bruich and the Two Fat Ladies team traversing the M8 to join Edinburgh’s Chez Roux, Cucina at Hotel Missoni, First Coast, Restaurant Mark Greenaway, Cook School Martin Wishart, Ondine, Plumed Horse, Tigerlily, Vincaffé and Wedgwood.
The ranks of the local heroes are being backed by familiar faces from the telly such as Gary Rhodes, Jean-Christophe Novelli; Rachel Allen, Daniel Galmiche, Martin Blunos and Atul Kochhar.
All six chefs will be rocking their tocques in the Taste kitchen theatres.
Scotland’s biggest food and drink festival takes place in The Meadows, Edinburgh, from Friday 1 to Sunday 3 July.
