][1]Next Monday evening will be a red letter day for lovers of Californian wine as John McLaren, Director of the Wine Institute of California, conducts a tasting at Calistoga restaurant in Edinburgh.
Tickets are a fiver in advance from the restaurant. If you stay at the restaurant for dinner after the tasting then they will take £5 off the bill.
Calistoga won the Speciality Restaurant of the Year at the Scottish Restaurant Awards in 2010.
