Fans of the grape may be interested in an event being held at The Bonham in Edinburgh later this month, titled ‘Wine Man’s Bluff’ (get it?).
Inverarity Vaults, those lovely folk who work tirelessly to source the finest of wines, are giving you the opportunity to sample some great wines and learn something new while you do so. It’s been described as “‘Call My Bluff’, but with wine” so it certainly promises to be something a bit different! 🙂
Guests will be served a 4 course dinner in The Bonham’s restaurant with wines that have been carefully selected to complement the specially created menu, where the hosts from Inverarity Vaults will join you to discuss the wines a little further.
You needn’t be a connoisseur to enjoy this wine tasting dinner, and even if you already know your Shiraz from your Chardonnay it’s sure to be a corking night (sorry, I couldn’t resist!). The dinner event will be held from 19:00 on Thursday the 26th of May, with tickets priced £50 per person and bookable through 5pm.
