The Grill Room: steak heaven

The Grill Room at the Square, part of Glasgow’s private members club 29, has introduced a new monthly Wicked Steak special.

The idea is to showcase different cattle breeds from around the world as well as highlighting the qualities of different steak cuts.

The first Wicked Steak launches today. In homage to America’s Independence Day, it will be a grain-fed, USDA prime 10oz sirloin served with a choice of garlic and herb butter, béarnaise sauce, green peppercorn and brandy sauce or a blue cheese dressing for a set price of £25.95.

The award-winning steakhouse already serves a signature menu of certified Scotch beef steaks – all of which are dry-aged and hand cut in the restaurant – including rib rye, popeseye, fillet, T-Bone and sharing steaks such as the Porterhouse and the Chateaubriand.

The Wicked Steak special will change every month and will offer a variety of different quality breeds from around the world as well as delicious special recipes such as the ‘designer steak’ and the South American ‘carne asada.’

If the thought of all that delicioso steak has your mouth watering then you can book into the Grill Room right here.
