This blogger doesn’t need much convincing about how well beer matches food. A recent Innis and Gunn beer dinner at Edinburgh’s Hotel du Vin helped seal the deal.
So, I was interested to see this piece in The Independent about a training course for beer sommeliers. It makes for interesting reading if you think that wine is the only proper match for food.
