As an anitidote to too much festive merriment, your blogger was cheered by the thought of the Smithsmas event taking place at Heavenly in Glasgow on Saturday 3rd December.
It’s billed a ‘festive celebration of The Smiths and Morrissey’, a phrase which I never thought I would write. Apparently, the attractions include a visit from Santa Moz.
Let’s hope there are plenty of Smiths/Moz-related covers such as Reindeer in a Coma and That (Christmas cracker) Joke isn’t Funny Anymore.
