Mithas in Edinburgh’s Leith won the Indian Restaurant of the Year Award at last week’s Scottish Restaurant Awards.
Run by the same family who have the Khushi’s restaurants in Edinburgh and Dunfermline, Mithas opened last year with the aim of offering Indian fine dining.
We caught up with them directly after they collected their award and chatted to them about their restaurant and their plans to offer something different from most Indian restaurants outside of London.
