Just over a year after Andrew and Lisa Radford closed the Atrium and blue in Edinburgh, they have announced plans to open a new venture called Timber Yard in mid June.
The new restaurant used to be a warehouse that housed theatrical props and costumes before being used as a timber yard. It became derelict four years ago and is being refurbed at a reported cost of £100k.
The new venture will be very much a family affair with one son working in the kitchen, another front of house and their daughter taking charge of social media.
