The Network Bar at 29 will be screening the Jubilee Concert

You don’t have to be a flag-waving monarchist to appreciate the extra day off that we’re all getting for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee next Tuesday. Personally, I shall be raising a large Gimlet and thanking the Royals for all they have done for the gin and horse racing industries in the UK.

In Glasgow, 29 Royal Exchange Square will be hanging out the bunting in their own special way over the Jubilee weekend.

Between the 2nd and 5th of June, they will be serving their ‘2 for £29’ offer: two people; two courses (starter and main or main and dessert) plus a bottle of wine for £29.

If you really want to get into the festive spirit, then treat yourself to a glass each of regal Prince William Champagne for an additional £10, or £25 per bottle.

On Monday 4th, the celebrations keep rolling in the Network Bar which will be showing The Jubilee Concert hosted by The BBC and Gary Barlow. Guests are welcome to book a table in the Network Bar and enjoy the banging tunes.

The Jubilee Parade will also be televised on Tuesday 5th, and to celebrate the occasion, for ‘60 shillings’ – the equivalent to £3 per head – a Jubilee Tea fit for a Queen will be served, with tables available for booking and the fabulous Champagne offer still standing during the entire weekend.
